In addition to being a graphic designer, Adrian is also an international freelance percussionist & music educator who has taught both classical and marching percussion since 2006. From 2011-2012, she toured internationally with the Tony and Emmy award-winning Broadway show Blast! as a general percussionist and timpani specialist. She was also a cast member in Blast!: The Music of Disney in 2016, 2017, and 2019, which toured exclusively in Japan.
Adrian received a BM in Percussion Performance from the University of North Texas, and she holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the same institution. From 2015-2017, she was a part of the UNT Wind Symphony under the direction of Eugene Corporon and performed at the 2015 Midwest Clinic (listen here). She has been fortunate to have played at PASIC as part of the Collegiate International Percussion Ensemble Competition two times (2010 with Texas A&M University-Commerce and 2016 with the University of North Texas).
Additionally, Adrian has been involved with Drum Corps International for many years, having marched on the quad line with Spirit of Atlanta from 2003-2004 and with the Boston Crusaders from 2005-2007. She also taught with the Boston Crusaders (‘10) and Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps (’14).
